EverFocus Electronics Corporation, a global security surveillance system and IPC manufacturer, recently releases newest server system – Soter64.
EverFocus Soter64 network recording server can support up to 64 channels ONVIF-certified IP cameras and PTZ camera connections and Windows 10 LTSC operating system. Featured with a 12GB SATA RAID card, the model supports 8 HDD bays with removable trays, providing storage capacity up to 80TB. It is a very large capacity network server that supports multiple compression modes.
Soter64 supports Intel Xeon E processor that features Intel Software Guard Extensions (Intel SGX), a unique hardware-based security technology consisting of CPU instructions and platform enhancements, enabling cloud providers to enhance the security of their services. Soter64 equipped with NVIDIA Quadro professional graphics card. Through dedicated H.264 and HEVC encoding engines and a dedicated decoding engine for independent 3D computing channels, it provides faster performance than real-time performance for transcoding, video editing and other encoding applications.
In addition to the general recording and playback functions, Soter64 could equip with AXXON CMS software to support intelligent video analysis, including motion detection, missing object detection, face recognition, and license plate recognition. EverFocus also provides mobile apps for users to view the camera streams via their mobile devices (iOS or Android platforms) and also supports web UI for users to remotely access to the surveillance system. Through the CMS management system, users can view real-time video and playback at anywhere and at any time.
