AU OptronicsApp - Computers & Peripherals (AUO) has rolled out what it says is the world’s first 27in gaming monitor panel that combines 144Hz high refresh rate and UHD 4K ultra high resolution (3840 x 2160) to take advantage of the opportunities that the gaming and entertainment markets seem to offer. According to the company, the panel underscores both refined and smooth image quality, and will make its debut at Computex Taipei 2016.
Sporting the same 144Hz high refresh rate capable of eliminating image lag and broken pictures, the display offers significantly sharper and more refined gaming images having upgraded to UHD 4K resolution, stated the company. It allows enthusiast gamers to be like in the game scenes and enjoy with an astounding experience.
AUO provides a full range of 24in to 35in gaming monitor panels equipped with 144Hz refresh rate and 1ms to perfectly render sharp images without blurs to ensure smoother gaming images and character motions. Among them, 27in and 24in QHD (2560 x 1440) high resolution gaming monitor panels go further to include edge-to-edge bezel-less design, expanding the visual field to its extreme. 35in and 30in WQHD (3440 x 1440) ultra-wide curved gaming monitor panels exhibit 21:9 ultra-wide cinema grade aspect ratio and the world’s highest 1800R curvature design to deliver an immersive sensory experience for viewers to enjoy, the company indicated.
