PC processor market decline slows down

Worldwide PC microprocessor shipments fell for the second consecutive quarter in the first quarter, down 10.9 percent from Q4 08, according to IDC. The market research firm described the sequential decline as slightly more than that which typically occurs between Q4 and Q1, believing that the market's decline is slowing.
