The benefits of using nvSRAM in data-logging apps

In memory subsystems where flash is the only non-volatile memory, several shortcomings still need to be resolved. These shortcomings can all be corrected by adding a second non-volatile memory, specifically a non-volatile SRAM (nvSRAM) as a "flash page assembly unit" to the memory subsystem. This article describes this improved solid-state memory system.
