Digital temperature sensor zooms in on accuracy

National Semiconductor's LM95172Q digital temperature sensor monitors automotive system temperatures up to 175°C with ±1C accuracy between 130°C and 160°C. The device meets AEC-Q100 Grade 0 qualification requirements.
