SMT resistors offer tight tolerance, 25kV ESD rating

Vishay has unveiled new high-precision Z-Foil molded surface-mount resistors, which provide a low typical TCR, PCR of ±5ppm at rated power and a load life ratio stability of 0.005 percent.
