IDT has added a pair of chips to its growing family of multiport devices—the 9Mbit 70P3519 and 4Mbit 70P3599 high-speed 256K/128K x 36bit synchronous dual-port devices, which deliver 200MHz performance to satisfy demanding memory buffering requirements.
