[Summary of tips] Motorola Inc. rolled out a single-chip GPS device built upon IBM Microelectronics' 0.255m SiGe process technology. The IBM process allowed Motorola to integrate both a 1.5GHz RF front-end and a digital baseband processor into a single die, allowing for better performance, reduced size and lower power consumption, Motorola said.......
