X-Fab Sarawak all set to start 0.35µm process tech

X-Fab Silicon Foundries' Malaysian facility in Kuching, Sarawak, with its 200mm production line, now is fully qualified for volume production and second sourcing of the company's 0.35µm high-voltage process technology called XH035.
