Cypress sells MEMS subsidiary to Dainippon Screen

Cypress Semiconductor Corp. and Dainippon Screen Manufacturing Co. Ltd. (DNS) of Kyoto, Japan today announced that DNS has acquired Silicon Light Machines (SLM), a Cypress subsidiary.
