Spansion SPI devices are for the most part compatible with SPI flash from each of these manufactures and can be used to replace the following devices: ST M25P40/80, SST SST25VF040B/080B, MXIC MX25L400/800, ATMEL AT25F4096 and Winbond W25p40/80.
