Ramtron extends FRAM devices to auto standards

Ramtron extended its line of FRAM memory devices, enabling the 64Kbit serial FRAM to operate over the automotive temperature of -40 to +85°C. FRAM is used to record dynamic data easily, while maintaining data integrity even during power interruption.
