Hynix, ProMOS expand DRAM partnership

Under a new agreement that expanded their partnership, Hynix has bought a stake in ProMOS and will license its 50nm technology to the Taiwan DRAM maker, while ProMOS will offer capacity from its 300mm fab to Hynix.
