NAND flash market dip forces vendors to cut production

Many NAND flash vendors are cutting production or delaying operation of fabs due to market downturn. Micron Technology Inc. has pushed out the production of a proposed fab in Singapore, while rival Hynix Semiconductor Inc. plans to cut NAND production.
