U.S. ITC to probe patent claim relating to Blu-ray

The U.S. ITC announced it would launch investigation on 30 semiconductor companies, inlcuding Blu-ray maker Sony, regarding possible patent infringements related to certain short-wavelength LEDs and laser diodes.
