Lumera, Asyrmatos unite for millimeter wave comms

Millimeter wave communication systems will be jointly developed by Lumera Corp. and Asyrmatos Inc. As part of the deal, Lumera will acquire a 25 percent stake in Asyrmatos in exchange for the intellectual property associated with the technology.
