Double capacity for this embedded flash drive

SanDisk's 16Gbyte iNAND embedded flash drive packs double the storage capacity of conventional 8Gbyte products into a standard Jedec 12mm x 16mm package, which the company attributes to its advances in MLC NAND flash technology.
