Nanotech retrofit enables sharper X-ray images

Researchers at the Ecole Polytechnique Fdrale de Lausanne in Switzerland have crafted a nanoscale diffraction grating that could be retrofitted into existing X-ray machines, enabling healthcare providers to take also dark-field X-rays.
