Compact 0.25W DC/DC converters roll for portables

A series of 0.25W DC/DC converters that deliver high I/O isolation has been introduced by Aimtec Inc. The AM1/4S-Z series of single-output DC/DC converters come in compact SIP4 packages that measure 0.46in x 0.38in x 0.24in, and are designed for portable devices.
