Spansion completes sale of Japan facilities to Fujitsu

Spansion has closed the sale of Spansion Japan's JV1 and JV2 manufacturing facilities in Aizu-Wakamatsu, Japan to Fujitsu and its subsidiary, Fujitsu Semiconductor Technology.
