Voice-synthesis LSI features OTP memory

Oki Electric has launched the ML22P80X series of OTP memory-equipped voice synthesis LSI, consisting of three devices that enable designers to write voice data directly to the chip using the ML22808 Parawriter voice-data writing tool.
