Fujitsu unveils new process for terabit recording

Fujitsu Computer Products of America Inc. has achieved a one-dimensional array nanohole pattern with 25nm pitch via the use of patterned media technology—a process that will enable 1terabit/inch²recording on HDDs in the future.
