HKSTP selects 93000 platform for IC dev't support center

Agilent announced that Hong Kong Science Technology Park has selected its 93000 Pin Scale system and Audio/Video 8 (A/V8) for testing high-speed and mixed-signal devices used in mobile consumer electronics and personal computers.
