Fairchild posts Q4 loss

Fairchild recorded a net loss of $4.7 million, or 4 cents per share on sales of fourth quarter sales of $370.8 million, compared with net earnings of $15.8 million, or 13 cents per share on sales of $379.4 million in the year-ago quarter.
