Toshiba Carrier picks Fairchild's Motion-SPM for air-conditioning systems

Fairchild Semiconductor has announced that Toshiba Carrier Corp. has picked its FSBS10CH60 Motion-Smart Power Module (SPM) for its air-conditioning systems. The module combines 16 discrete devices in a compact, thermally efficient Mini-DIP package, according to the press release.
