Mentor prepares to acquire Aptix Corp.

A year after rapid prototyping provider Aptix Corp. filed for bankruptcy following the jailing of its former CEO, Mentor Graphics Corp. has stepped up to the plate to purchase Aptix, EE Times has learned.
