Credence supplies DEI with chip testing tool

Credence Systems Corp. disclosed that Device Engineering Inc. (DEI) has purchased the ASL 1000 to test their avionics interface ICs and ASIC devices, and lower test costs by achieving throughput advantages of over 90 percent.
