Spansion flash memory suits Philips cellular phone design

Spansion LLC, the flash memory subsidiary of Advanced Micro Devices (AMD) and Fujitsu Ltd, has verified the compatibility of its flash memory solutions with the Philips Nexperia cellular system solution 5100, a multimedia-enabled GSM/GPRS cellular phone reference design.
