Xilinx selects Agilent 93000 SoC series tester

Xilinx Inc. has selected Agilent Technologies Inc.'s 93000 SoC series test system to characterize its Virtex-II Pro series of ultra-high-speed FPGAs with integrated RocketIO multi-gigabit transceivers.
