Flextronics to strengthen ODM capacity with acquisition

Flextronics has signed an agreement to acquire Microcell Group, an ODM of wireless GSM, GPRS, and Enhanced Data Rates for Global Systems for Mobile Communications Evolution (EDGE) handset products.
