In-Stat releases conservative forecast for embedded SRAM
In-Stat/MDR reports that customer-specific, MOS cell-based designs, containing one or more blocks of embedded SRAM, will see its worldwide revenues grow from $5,654.6 million last year, to $7,725.6 million by the year 2007, posting a CAGR of 11.5 percent.
