PSi Technologies, Jilin Sino to establish joint company

PSi Technologies Holdings Inc. and China-based Jilin Sino-Microelectronics Co. Ltd have signed a non-binding MoU to establish a joint venture company based in China that provides outsourced assembly and test services for power semiconductor devices.
