PolyOne sells stake in Techmer

PolyOne Corp., a polymer services company, has agreed to sell its majority interest in the joint venture company Techmer PM LLC, to TPM Holdings LP. Techmer is a manufacturer of color and additive concentrates and has production facilities in California, Tennessee, Georgia, and Kansas.
