Macronix, Mitsubishi enter Flash technology agreement

Macronix Int. Co. of Taiwan has signed an MOU with Mitsubishi Electric Co. concerning a business cooperation of 0.155m DINOR flash technology development and the joint design of product and wafer manufacturing.
