Photovoltaic panels from Trony Science and Technology Development Co. Ltd are made of mono-crystalline silicon cells that are connected in series and can produce an output ranging from 10W to 100W.

The 530-by-430mm panels have an operating voltage of 16.5V and operating current of 1.21A. Open circuit voltage is placed at 20.5V, while shortcircuit current is at 1.36A. The devices have a typical lifespan of >30 years and operate at a temperature range of -25°C to 95°C.
