Calsonic Kansei transfers automotive wiring business

Calsonic Kansei Corp., Sumitomo Electric Ind. Ltd (SEI) and Sumitomo Wiring Systems Ltd (SWS) have reached an agreement under which Calsonic Kansei's automotive wiring harness operations will be transferred to SEI and SWS.
