Sanyo red laser diode provides 5mW ouput

Designed for barcode scanners, line markers, and laser levelers, the DL-LS1030 red laser diode from Sanyo Electric Co. Ltd provides an output of 5mW (600C), while drawing 50mA from an input of 2.6V.
