National to acquire ASIC suppliers Fincitec, ARSmikro

National Semiconductor Corp. has acquired Fincitec Oy and ARSmikro OU in deals worth a total of $15 million. Fincitec and ARSmikro develop low-voltage ASICs for battery-powered devices.
