Maxim slave controller targets low voltage dc/dc apps

Maxim Integrated Products has announced the availability of the MAX1980 step-down slave controller intended for use in low voltage, high-current, multiphase dc/dc applications such as those found in CPU core supplies, single- and two-stage converters, and notebooks PCs.
