NVE inks technology exchange pact with Cypress

NVE Corp. has entered into a technology exchange agreement with Cypress Semiconductor Corp. Under the agreement, Cypress acquires an equity investment in NVE and both companies gain rights to each other's magnetic RAM (MRAM) IP.
