AMIS to buy Alcatel's mixed-signal business from STMicro

AMI Semiconductor Inc. and STMicroelectronics have signed an agreement, wherein AMIS will purchase from STMicroelectronics the recently acquired mixed-signal business activities of Alcatel Microelectronics.
