SanDisk, Toshiba finalize deal to relocate Flash fab

SanDisk Corp. has finalized an agreement with Toshiba Corp., relocating their joint Flash memory venture, named FlashVision, from the Dominion Semiconductor facility in Manassas, Virginia, to Toshiba's semiconductor plant at Yokkaichi, Japan.
