ChipMOS to construct IC testing, assembly plants in Shanghai

Taiwan-based ChipMOS Technologies (Bermuda) Ltd has signed a cooperation agreement with the Shanghai government to construct two IC testing and assembly factories in Shanghai Qingpu industrial zone.
