Ampoc receives three-year OEM order from Hirata

Taiwan-based Ampoc Far East Co. Ltd has received a three-year OEM order from Japan-based Hirata to manufacture etchers, cleaners, developers, strippers, loaders and un-loaders for use in automated TFT-LCD production lines. Manufacturing of the equipment is scheduled to begin this quarter.
